Sister Cities of Durham is affiliated with Sister Cities International, which has over 500 US cities linking with over 2,000 cities in over 136 countries.

We have many exchange visits in the areas of Education, the Arts, Medicine, Local Government, Environment, Business.  Each of our Sister Cities has a Durham Committee to organize programs and activities both in Durham and internationally in cooperation with our partners.
